More to come...Since 1999 (Hask festival at the Cithéa ; last period of the band Décor), Hubert Dupont explores these new directions for improvisation ; in 2005 he starts CRONO CROMO, with Stéfanus Vivens ; in 2006 he launches BLITZ PARTY with VJ Eric Vernhes.
Eric Groleau
He began the drums at age 9, and was introduced to jazz drumming by Charles "Lolo" Bellonzi ; through him he met many local jazz musicians (such as Johnny Griffin ! settled in Poitou at that time). Then he met Eddy Louiss, Pierre Michelot, Dexter Gordon, and played with Maurice Vander and Johnny Griffin. In 1989, he entered the CNR of Poitiers, to study classical and contemporary percussions.
He plays with : Yves Robert, Dominique Pifarély, Louis Sclavis, David Chevallier, Médéric Collignon, Gérard Marais, Jean-Luc Ponthieux, Olivier Benoît, Vincent Courtois, Sylvain Kassap, Hélène Labarrière, François Corneloup, Michel Godard, François Couturier, Charlène Martin, Vincent Boisseau, Éric Brochard, Scott Rosenberg, Jean-Philippe Morel, Fabrice Barré, Christophe Monniot, Claude Tchamitchian, Géraldine Laurent, Philippe Lemoine, Thierry Balasse, …
